Kiss Restoration

Restored in 2020. I took a break from the modern machines and decided to restore this 1979 Bally Kiss. The parts came out to about $2,500. The cabinet was glued, clamped and strengthened, then painstakingly stripped and sanded. The cabinet art was re-stenciled and then clearcoated. The coin door was taken apart and re-skinned with a new front. The playfield was replaced with a reproduction playfield and many new parts. The backglass and the playfield plastics were in great shape and were re-used. All the connectors were re-pinned and many circuit boards were upgraded with modern replacements. Those are just some of the highlights as there are too many details to list. I was very satisfied and proud of the finished product. This machine made a Kiss fan very, very happy!
