Restored in 2016. Banzai Run has a very unique design, featuring a second playfield mounted vertically in the backbox. The goal was to restore both of the original playfields and the cabinet. The cabinet was touched up with matching colors and clearcoated for protection. A lot of time went into restoring the playfield, which showed signs of heavy wear. Insert decals were used to replace the worn artwork on the inserts. Before replacing the decals, the original inserts must be properly cleaned to remove any remaining artwork. The playfield is then clearcoated, polished, and ready to be put back into action!
